Steps to get a newer ipscountry.dat (country data file):

* Go to http://software77.net/geo-ip/
* Download the database in "Geo::IPfree format".
* Place the file IpToCountry.dat in /usr/local/share/ or /usr/local/share/GeoIPfree/
